The History of the Thrianta Rabbit Breed
Like with most rabbit breeds during World War II, the Thrianta suffered greatly. Breeding and promotion was almost non-existent and many rabbits were a means of food for both their owners and German soldiers. Very few Thrianta rabbits were left by the end of the war.
